Great stories deserve to travel further
Iren’s articles and tours represent hours of research, writing, and storytelling. But promoting them meant another round of work: creating posts, choosing visuals, and getting everything published.
Doing it all manually made a consistent posting schedule difficult. Her posts also lacked the visual consistency she wanted for her business.
“Social media was taking time away from the work that really needed my creativity and attention: writing new articles, developing tours, and creating stories about New York.”

One tour page. Seven posts. 22 publications.
With WaveGen, Iren starts with a page she has already written. The platform turns that material into social posts with copy and layouts ready for her to review, customize, and schedule.
Her Prohibition and speakeasies tour page became seven published posts, giving her several ways to introduce the same experience:
- Stories about Prohibition and New York’s speakeasies to spark curiosity.
- A look at flappers and the era’s changing social rules.
- Tour introductions and reasons to visit to help travelers picture the experience.
Those seven posts went out 22 times across her social channels. One existing page gave her a series of stories to share, each offering a different way into the tour.
For Iren, the value goes beyond getting more posts from an article. She has already put considerable time and creativity into the original story. Preserving it matters.
“WaveGen helps me identify several engaging topics from each story and turn them into social media posts without changing the original content—which is extremely important to me!”

Her own photos and the freedom to be creative
For a tour business, the images help people picture the experience. WaveGen uses Iren’s own photography and images with a designed layout to build upon. She can swap in another photo, adjust the text and layout, and shape the finished post around what she wants to share.
Her Harlem audio-tour explainer brings together photographs and app screenshots to guide someone from downloading the audio-tour app to finding the tour’s starting point. Those assets already existed on her website. WaveGen helped turn them into a visual guide people could swipe through on Instagram.
That combination of a head start and creative control mattered to Iren.
“What a fantastic product! Really enjoy working with it, saves me a TON of time also, working with it feels pleasant and creative.”

Her work caught attention, too: VoiceMap, the audio-tour platform where she publishes her tours, featured her WaveGen-created carousel in a marketing guide for other tour creators.
A month of posts, with time to spare
Once a post is ready, Iren can schedule it without moving to a separate publishing tool. She has used WaveGen to publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Today, Iren spends just a couple of hours a month creating posts and can schedule them up to a month in advance. She estimates that the new workflow saves her approximately 40 hours each month. That time goes back into the articles, tours, and New York stories that make her business worth discovering.
“We all have to do our own marketing these days, and WaveGen has been an amazing time-saver. It helps me promote my work more consistently while freeing me to focus on what I do best.”

More than twice the Instagram activity
In the six months after she joined WaveGen, Iren published 118 Instagram posts, compared with 54 in the preceding six months. Her posting grew from roughly twice a week to nearly five times a week, combining WaveGen posts with the photos, videos, and other content she continued to share.

She has kept using WaveGen since April, repurposing material from 15 different pages on her website. The same research and stories that support her tours now also give her a repeatable starting point for social content.
“Really enjoying working with WaveGen, clean interface and above all, fantastic use of AI not for creating content but for parsing and reusing it!”

And as her workflow evolved, she found a team willing to listen.
“They listen to feedback and continually improve and refine the tool, making it easier to use and customize.”
