Source-grounded content

Built from your business

Start with real context. Create posts worth publishing.

Bring your website, a document, meeting transcript, YouTube tutorial, or text copied from a client email. WaveGen carries forward the ideas, quoted words, and relevant source visuals—so the result begins with real context from your business, not general AI filler.

How it works

From setup to a draft you can stand behind.

01

Start with a source you trust

Choose the workflow that matches your source and provide its URL, share link, file, or text. WaveGen reads the available material before it generates the campaign.

02

Carry the substance into social formats

WaveGen identifies the strongest ideas, examples, and quoted words, then reshapes them as captions, carousels, quote cards, or animated videos without inventing a generic take from scratch.

03

Review the posts before they go live

Keep a strong draft as-is or edit the copy, emphasis, and visuals before publishing or scheduling it to a connected channel.

Visual grounding

The source can guide the visuals, too.

Grounding is more than keeping the words faithful. When the source includes useful visual context, WaveGen tries to carry that context into the first draft instead of replacing it by default.

01 / Blog or article

Hero and inline images

When your source is a public article or blog post, WaveGen can collect usable hero and inline images from that page and place relevant ones into slides that need a visual.

02 / YouTube source

Thumbnail and preview frames

WaveGen can use the video's thumbnail and available public preview images, including representative frames, as visual context for the post.

03 / When a visual does not fit

A clear fallback

If a slide needs an image but the source does not contain a relevant one—or the image cannot be fetched—WaveGen generates a new visual. It follows the image style chosen at generation time; in Auto mode, images in your Brand Kit can guide the result. You can replace it in the editor.

What you can bring

Start with content you already have.

Website or blog

Paste an accessible public URL. WaveGen reads the page and can reuse relevant hero or inline images embedded in that source.

Newsletter

Paste the newsletter text or a public archive URL from platforms such as Substack, Beehiiv, Ghost, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit.

Google Doc

Paste a Doc share link set to "Anyone with the link," or paste the content directly when the document needs to stay private.

Transcript

Use a meeting, podcast, webinar, or interview transcript to carry its strongest ideas and quoted words into social posts.

YouTube video

Paste a YouTube link. WaveGen uses the video's content and can reuse its thumbnail or available public preview frames.

PDF

Use a whitepaper, ebook, guide, or report with selectable text. Scanned or password-protected PDFs may not be readable.
