How a Realtor Simplified His Content Workflow and Doubled His Social Presence
Paul Burrowes already had what many real estate professionals are still trying to build: years of expertise and a deep library of useful content. The challenge was distributing that knowledge consistently without managing a separate process for every social platform.
With WaveGen, Paul now uses his blog articles and real estate listings to create scheduled, standalone posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, all through one workflow.

This process doubled my social media exposure with very little effort!

Meet Paul Burrowes
Paul is a real estate consultant with David Lyng Real Estate, specializing in residential, luxury, commercial, land development, and new construction real estate across Santa Cruz County and surrounding markets.
With more than 15 years of experience, he has built an extensive library of educational content for buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and homeowners. In August 2026 alone, Paul published 12 articles covering topics such as Santa Cruz property values, investment strategy, first-time home buying, remodeling, relocation, and Scotts Valley real estate.
The source material was not the problem. Turning it into consistent social content was.
The problem: fragmented tools and shallow distribution
Before WaveGen, Paul was already publishing blog content, creating YouTube videos, and maintaining a presence across multiple social platforms. But keeping those channels active required a patchwork of tools and processes.
A freelancer helped develop YouTube videos using vidIQ. SocialBee monitored his blog and YouTube RSS feeds, then cross-posted links to Facebook and LinkedIn. Instagram required additional visuals, so sharing there took more effort and often lagged behind.
The system automated parts of distribution, but most of the resulting posts were still link shares. They announced that new content existed and sent readers elsewhere instead of delivering a useful idea directly in the social feed.
For someone whose primary job is helping clients buy, sell, and develop real estate, the workflow created too many moving parts without fully showcasing his expertise.
The new workflow: one source, multiple platform-ready posts
With WaveGen, Paul uses his existing articles and listings as the starting point. Instead of simply broadcasting a new link, WaveGen extracts useful ideas from the source and adapts them into standalone social posts.

One workflow

01 · Start
Blog articles and listings
02 · Repurpose
Useful ideas become standalone posts
03 · Schedule
Four channels, one calendar
Existing real estate expertise, distributed with less effort
For example, a detailed guide to Santa Cruz property values can provide a practical takeaway for LinkedIn, an educational post for Instagram, a Facebook post for local homeowners, or a short-form video concept for YouTube. Each piece is shaped for the channel while drawing from knowledge Paul has already created.
Paul can then review and schedule the content as part of one workflow rather than maintaining a separate content process for each platform.
Scheduled destinations
Facebook · LinkedIn · Instagram · YouTube Shorts
The result: fewer moving parts, more meaningful social content
WaveGen changed both Paul's workflow and what he publishes on social.

Why this matters for real estate professionals
Experienced real estate professionals often already have valuable source material: listings, client questions, market updates, neighborhood knowledge, newsletters, videos, and years of accumulated expertise.
The challenge is not always creating more. It is making better use of what already exists.
Paul's workflow shows how that content can continue working beyond a website, helping keep social channels active while putting useful expertise directly in front of potential clients.
Put your expertise to work
Turn your existing expertise into social content
If you already publish articles, listings, newsletters, videos, or other long-form content, WaveGen can help turn those assets into meaningful posts for the platforms where your audience spends time—without building a separate content machine for every channel.
